HI Kyle or Ashley

I'm just wondering the reason you are selling--- I was with the WOG group that came to visit a few years back when Joe was alive--- is it too hard in winter?

Is there back-up heat source with enough power to run? I live off grid now and will not be staying there this winter due to hard work heating with wood

Cheers
Annie
