Enjoy Summer in the Belgrade Lakes Region of Maine!

Native Notions Ecological Landscapes is currently hiring landscape installation crew members. Be part of a growing landscape company; working throughout the beautiful Belgrade Lakes region. Position is 9 months, with year around employment available to motivated and committed individuals. Position will become available early to mid April. We are also hiring season help that would run from mid-May through August. Responsibilities include pruning, grading, lawn restorations, mulching and planting, aiding with hardscape installations, deliveries, and all other facets of the landscape construction field. Experience is not necessary but good work ethic is a must . The position requires heavy manual labor and the willingness to learn from others. Pay depends on experience and work ethic with starting pay ranging from $12-$16. Hard workers will be rewarded! Benefits available after a full year of employment.

Minimum Requirements
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a willingness to learn from others
• Excellent communication skill and the ability to problem solve
• Work in a team environment
• Have good health with adequate strength and endurance to lift and move heavy objects. Be able to lift 50lbs or more
• Be enthusiastic, energetic, reliable, and honest
• Valid Maine driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be prepared to work in all weather conditions.
• Have own transportation
