Maple syrup is not only great on pancakes and waffles. If you crave the sweet maple candies sold at tourist shops, you need not wait until your next vacation to enjoy them.
Imagine a creamy, whipped maple syrup that you can spread like butter on everything from toast and biscuits to pancakes, waffles, and French toast!
In this class you will learn how to make maple candy and cream from maple syrup, as well discuss how to substitute maple syrup for sugar in recipes.
A supply fee of $10 is payable to instructor at the class.Please bring an apron and your taste buds!
