Products Description

Elderflower Farm is a diversified operation that includes a Jersey microdairy, creamery, 30 acre low bush blueberry barren, pastured laying hens, alternative breed broilers, and heritage turkeys. We primarily sell dairy products from our small herd of Jersey cows. Our girls are fed only organic forage and grains during the winter and grazed on our pastures during the growing season. Currently we're selling eggs, raw milk, cream, yogurt, butter, buttermilk, mozzarella, and a soft cheese similar to chevre. We also have aged raw milk cheeses on a variable basis. All our poultry is pastured and fed organic grain.

You can find our yogurt and raw milk at the Belfast Co-op. You can find our full range of products at the Lincolnville Farmer's Market on Wednesdays, 2pm-6pm, or Saturdays, 9am-12pm in Lincolnville Center.
